The first ever Army Development Badminton Training Camp is in full swing at ATR Grantham.
Development squad players have been put through their paces whilst stripping back to the basics of badminton with the most important aspect ‘footwork’; new innovative ways to imbed good habits, by using music benefit their movement.
Plenty of skills and drills have also been mastered; with the help and delivery of the brand new badminton courts; which are next level technology; big thanks to Army Sport for securing the grant for all Army Badminton Atheletes to make great use of!
For anyone wishing to involved in Badminton; please look out for the Regional events being held Sep/Oct 23; and the Army Championships being held between 20-24 Nov 23.
